Overseas Outreach

As a Christian Association our purpose is to share our faith in the Lord Jesus Christ with women and all young people and to serve the whole community by encouraging spiritual, physical and social development.
As a means to fulfilling this objective, the Overseas Outreach Department of the YWCA of Ireland is interested in providing part support for individuals who are over 18 and who wish to partake in short-term overseas work.
Are You Interested?
Suitable Candidates must:

1. Agree with the YWCA Affirmation,
   

2. Have a strong desire to share their faith in a cross-cultural situation.
   

3. Provide 2 references (one from their Minister / Pastor and one other reference, not a relative),
   

4. Be a committed Christian with a personal Faith in Jesus Christ, this being reflected in your church involvement and lifestyle.
   

5. Submit a brief Statement of Faith with completed application form
